Downloading the Right SAP HANA APL Version

Go to Software Downloads Information published on SAP site

, select Download and enter as search criteria APL 4 for HANA 2 along with the latest version number of Automated Predictive Library:

Select either `LINUX on POWER LE 64 BIT` or `LINUX ON X86_64BIT`, and select the latest version, or at least version 2201 or higher. Note To consume your predictions in SAP Analytics Cloud story, you need to install as well the EPM-MDS plug-in. Note Each new version of SAP HANA Automated Predictive Library (APL) introduces new features and bug fixes. You should update your SAP HANA system with the latest version of APL to enjoy the most recent improvements in SAP Analytics Cloud Smart Predict. Smart Predict supports APL versions that were released in the past 18 months. Smart Predict does not support APL versions that are more than 18 months old.
