Keyboard Shortcut List for Calendar Navigation

A list of key combinations that can be used to move around in the SAP Analytics Cloud calendar.

Many key combinations (shortcuts) are similar to those used in other programs, but not all of them.

Calendar Shortcuts

On Windows, use the Ctrl key and on Mac use the Command key.

Command	Key combination
Open Copy dialog	`Ctrl` + `C` `Command` + `C`
Open Remove dialog When using recurrence, this opens the dialog for the specified occurrence only.	`Ctrl` + `D` `Command` + `D`
Update	`Ctrl` + `S` `Command` + `S`
Revert (in the Details panel) Opens a dialog and asks if you really want to discard your changes.	`Esc`
Move to previous day, week, or month.	`Page Down`
Move to next day, week, or month.	`Page Up`
Toggle Filter bar	`Ctrl` + `Shift` + `F` `Command` + `Shift` + `F`
In the List workspace, select all calendar events.	`Strg` + `A`
In the List workspace, select consecutive calendar events.	Press `Space` to select the first event, then `Shift` and either Up or Down arrow key.
