Export Users

If you want to synchronize SAP Analytics Cloud user data with other systems, you can export the data to a CSV file.

Procedure

  1. From the side navigation, select Start of the navigation path Security Next navigation step  UsersEnd of the navigation path.
  2. Select (Export).

Results

The system exports all user data into a CSV file that is automatically downloaded to your browser's default download folder.

The CSV file contains these columns:

ROLES Roles assigned to the user.
SAML_USER_MAPPING SAML property for the user (if SAML enabled).
MOBILE Set in user preferences.
OFFICE_PHONE Set in user preferences.
OFFICE_ADDRESS Set in user preferences.
AGILE_BI_ENABLED_BY_DEFAULT Opt in for the agile data preparation feature.
JOB_TITLE Set in user preferences.
MARKETING_EMAIL_OPT_IN Set in user preferences.
IS_CONCURRENT Licensing attribute to indicate whether the user is consuming a named licensed user account (0) or a concurrent licensed user account (1).
DEFAULT_APP The application that will launch when you access your SAP Analytics Cloud URL. The default application can be set in Start of the navigation pathSystem Next navigation step Administration Next navigation step System ConfigurationEnd of the navigation path or in the user settings.
On the Edit Home Screen dialog, a user can override all the default preferences that have been set by the administrator for the system (Start of the navigation pathSystem Next navigation step Administration Next navigation step Default AppearanceEnd of the navigation path). These are the preferences:
