Adding Shapes to a Story

Before you can add your own vector graphics (SVG files) to stories, you must upload the graphics. You can also choose to use standard shapes or pictograms.

Procedure

  1. On a canvas, select Start of the navigation path (Add) Next navigation step ShapeEnd of the navigation path.
  2. Do one of the following actions:
    • To upload a standard shape, select a pictogram from the list.
    • To upload a custom graphic, do the following:

      1. Select (Upload Shape).

      2. Choose your vector graphics file and select Open.

        The file must be an SVG file with valid XML encoding.

        Tip

        When using Adobe Illustrator to generate SVG files, ensure that the option “Preserve Illustrator Editing Capabilities” is not checked.

  3. Select Insert.

Results

Your graphic is added to your story page.
