Cell References
When you copy a cell in a table and paste it to a cell in a grid that does not belong to a table, a cell reference is created.
Cell references link the two cells so that they always have the same value; any changes to one cell will also update the other.

From the Tools menu, select
. (If you don't see the option in the Tools menu, select (more actions) and then select the option from the list.The cells in the table that have references are highlighted.

To find a particular referenced cell in the grid, select the source cell in the table. It will be highlighted with a color that is different from other cell reference highlighting.
Scroll through the grid until you find other cells that have the same highlighting as the source cell.
To break the link between cells, select the reference cell in the grid and select
.When a grid cell references a cell that is no longer visible in the table, it displays a # character.
