Export Calendar Tasks as iCalendar Files

You can export your SAP Analytics Cloud calendar tasks in the calendar exchange format (iCalendar) to add them to any calendar.

Context

You can export the following tasks:

  • composite tasks

  • general tasks

  • review tasks

  • data locking tasks

  • data action tasks

  • multi action tasks

  • input tasks

Procedure

  1. In the Calendar, select a task and then select (Export as iCalendar File).

    Depending on your browser settings, you will either see a message stating the task has been exported or a Save As dialog.

  2. Do the following in the Save As dialog:
    1. Provide a name for your task and select a location to save the task to.
    2. Select Save.

Results

Your calendar task is now an iCalendar file that can be added to a calendar.
