Work with Comments on Your Widgets

You can add, view and manage your comments on a widget in stories.

You can add comments to the following widgets in stories:

Chart
Table
Geo map
Image
Shape
Text
RSS reader
Web page
R visualization
Clock

Note

In Optimized Story Experience, you can disable commenting on a widget. In edit time, go to the Quick Menus section of its Styling panel, and deselect Comment.

To add comments to a widget, from its (More Actions) menu, select Start of the navigation path Add Next navigation step End of the navigation path Comment.

To show or hide all comments, from the view time toolbar, select Start of the navigation path Display Next navigation step Comment Mode End of the navigation path .
